Customize It Instructions

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Add chicken to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Start the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
In provided tray, combine green beans, 1 tsp. water, and 1 tsp. olive oil. Spread into an even layer and cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 20 minutes.Carefully remove from oven and drain any excess liquid from tray.Add potato spice seasoning and a pinch of pepper. Stir to combine and push green beans to one side of tray. Evenly top with cheese. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. -
2 Add the Chicken
Combine panko and Everything Bagel blend on a plate and spread into an even layer.
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with half the buttermilk-dill seasoning (reserve remaining for crema) and a pinch of pepper. Evenly top chicken with mayonnaise.Place chicken, mayonnaise-side down, onto plate with panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere.Add chicken to empty side of tray, panko mixture-side up. Evenly spray chicken with cooking spray. -
3 Bake Meal, Make Crema, and Finish Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, in a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and remaining buttermilk-dill seasoning. Set aside.Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, top chicken with crema. Bon appétit!
