Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Customize It Instructions

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Add chicken to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using petite scallops, pat dry. Let oil in pan heat, 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, cook undisturbed, 90 seconds. After 90 seconds, stir occasionally until scallops reach minimum internal temperature, 60-90 seconds. _Scallops will vary in amount as they are portioned by weight. Don't worry, the sweet flavor and tender texture will be the same.

1 Cook the Pasta
Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook until al dente, 8-10 minutes.
Remove from burner. Reserve 1 cup pasta cooking water. Drain pasta in a colander/strainer. Set aside.While pasta cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry and season all over with garlic pepper.

3 Start the Mac and Cheese
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 4 tsp. olive oil. Add flour to hot pan and stir occasionally until no dry flour remains.
Add 3/4 cup reserved pasta cooking water. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, add creme fraiche, half the onion salt (remaining is yours to use as you please!), cheddar-jack, and Parmesan. Stir occasionally until combined and sauce is slightly thickened, 3-4 minutes.If too thick, add additional reserved pasta cooking water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached. -
4 Finish the Mac and Cheese
Add pasta to hot pan. Stir occasionally until pasta is coated and heated through, 2-3 minutes.
Remove from burner.While mac and cheese cooks, continue recipe. -
5 Cook Shrimp and Finish Dish
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add shrimp to hot pan. Cook until pink and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 2-3 minutes per side.Stir in Buffalo sauce (to taste) and pesto (to taste) until shrimp are coated, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping mac and cheese with shrimp (to taste). Garnish with crispy jalapeños (to taste) and dressing. Bon appétit!
