Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine brussels sprouts, carrots, garlic salt, and 2 tsp olive oil in provided tray and push to one side.

    Add Chicken and Make The Sauce

    Add chicken to empty side of tray and top with mozzarella and a pinch of salt and pepper. Drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil. Bake in a hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes. Add fig spread and dijon in a bowl until completely combined.

    Finish The Dish

    Carefully remove from oven and top vegetables with almonds and chicken with fig mixture. Bon appétit!
