1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine black beans, kidney beans, tomatoes, peppers, seasoning blend, bolognese sauce, demi-glace, and 1/4 tsp. salt in provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until bubbling, 6-7 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. To serve, garnish with cheese, crispy jalapeños (to taste), and sour cream. Bon appétit!

2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine black beans, kidney beans, tomatoes, peppers, seasoning blend, bolognese sauce, 2 Tbsp. water, demi-glace, and 1/4 tsp. salt in provided tray. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until bubbling and peppers are tender, 25-30 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. To serve, garnish with cheese, crispy jalapeños (to taste), and sour cream. Bon appétit!
