Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Bake the Green Beans
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine green beans, 1/2 tsp. olive oil, and 1 Tbsp. water in provided tray.Cover tray with foil. Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes. -
2 Add the Mashed Potatoes and Meatloaves
Carefully remove tray from oven. Add half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for meatloaves) to green beans and stir to combine. Push green beans to one corner. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Add mashed potatoes to empty corner next to green beans and vigorously stir to combine.In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ricotta, remaining garlic salt, panko, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Form into two equally-sized loaves.Place loaves in empty space in tray and top evenly with shredded cheese. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 30-35 minutes.
While meal bakes, in another mixing bowl, combine sour cream and caramelized onion jam.Carefully remove tray from oven. Vigorously stir mashed potatoes.To serve, top meatloaf with sour cream-caramelized onion mixture. Bon appétit!
