If using sirloin, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

If using pork chops, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 15-18 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

If using filets mignon, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Mix green beans, garlic salt, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray until beans are coated. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.[after party notes: update to more recent rtc testing green bean timing/covering] -
2 Add the Chicken
Carefully, remove tray from oven. Stir green beans and push to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Combine mayonnaise and caramelized onion jam in a mixing bowl.Pat chicken dry, and add to empty side of tray. Top evenly with a pinch of salt and pepper, caramelized onion-mayonnaise mixture, then cheese. -
3 Bake the Dish
Bake again uncovered until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 23-28 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Remove chicken to a plate and rest, 3 minutes.Carefully drain excess liquid from tray. Stir demi-glace, butter, and half the black pepper into tray until butter is melted. Taste, and add more black pepper if desired. Garnish green beans with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
