If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

1 Start the Green Beans and Orzo
Trim green beans, if necessary, and break in half.
Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry.Combine green beans, 1 Tbsp. water, and 1 tsp. olive oil in one provided tray. Spread into an even layer. Cover with foil. Have a little sous chef around? With supervision, have them help season the green beans.In second provided tray, combine shrimp, orzo, 1 1/2 cups water, mirepoix base, and 1/2 tsp. salt.Bake both trays (green beans covered, shrimp uncovered) in hot oven, 15 minutes.Shrimp will finish cooking in a later step. -
2 Finish the Green Beans and Orzo
Carefully remove trays from oven. Stir shrimp to combine.
Uncover green beans and drain any excess liquid. Stir in potato spice seasoning, cream base, and a pinch of salt until combined. Evenly top with shredded cheese. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil. Bake both trays again uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.Carefully remove trays from oven. Stir half the softened butter (reserve remaining for sauce) into shrimp until melted and combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.While meal bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Make Sauce and Finish Meal
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese and 1 tsp. water. Microwave uncovered until cream cheese is melted, 20-30 seconds.
Carefully remove from microwave. Vigorously stir in lemon juice, remaining softened butter, and a pinch of salt and pepper until combined. Microwave again uncovered until heated through, 10-20 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.To serve, top shrimp orzo with sauce. Bon appétit!
