Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken, follow same instructions.

    Cook the Rice

    Bring a medium pot with rice and 2 1/2 cups water to a boil.

    Once boiling, reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook until rice is tender, 15-18 minutes.

    Remove from burner and set aside.

    While rice cooks, continue recipe.

    Prepare the Chicken

    Finely crush sesame sticks.

    Combine panko, sesame seeds, and sesame sticks on a plate. Spread into an even layer.

    Pat chicken dry and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Evenly spread mayonnaise on one side of chicken. Place chicken, mayonnaise-side down, onto plate with panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

    Cook the Chicken

    Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 Tbsp. olive oil.

    Add chicken, panko-side down, to hot pan. Cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.

    Remove from burner.

    Cook Broccoli and Finish Dish

    Place another large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 3-5 minutes.

    Uncover and stir occasionally until tender, 3-5 minutes.

    Add yuzu dipping sauce and 1/4 tsp. salt and stir to combine.

    Remove from burner.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with garlic sesame sauce. Bon appétit!
