Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using ground turkey, bake uncovered in hot oven until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 17-20 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, bake uncovered in hot oven until burger reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 18-20 minutes.

If using shrimp, drain thoroughly and pat dry. Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 18-20 minutes.

If using steak strips, pat dry, coarsely chop, if desired, and separate pieces. Bake uncovered in hot oven until steak strips reach minimum internal temperature, 13-15 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Start the Rice
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
In provided tray, combine rice, 1 cup water, and a pinch of salt. Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven until water is absorbed, 8-10 minutes. -
2 Add the Edamame and Pork
Carefully remove tray from oven. Fluff rice with a fork. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Stir in edamame and a pinch of salt.
Break up pork into small pieces. Top rice with pork and spread into an even layer.Top with garlic sesame sauce and brown sugar. -
3 Bake Meal and Make Slaw
Bake uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Gently stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, sweet chili sauce, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt.To serve, top pork and rice with hot sauce (to taste) and sweet chili slaw. Bon appétit!
