Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Separate steak strips into a single layer and pat dry. Season with ½ garlic salt and a pinch of pepper.
combine ancient grains, mushroom seasoning, remaining garlic salt, peas, half of parmesan, beef base and chopped garlic.
top evenly with steak strips.
Place provided tray into hot oven till sauces melt and steak strips begin to color, 18 - 20 min.
carefully remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
stir and top with remaining parmesan. Bon appetitie!
