    Assemble the Sandwich

    Refrigerate prosciutto until use.

    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.

    Slice tomatoes into 1/2" rounds.

    Crumble goat cheese.

    Combine mayonnaise and pesto.

    Spread pesto mayo on french roll halves and top with prosciutto, crumbled goat cheese, tomato slices, and arugula. Bon appétit!
