Before You Cook

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using ground turkey, add to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

    Start the Ground Beef

    If you received raw pasta, bring 8 cups water to a boil in a pot. Once boiling, cook until al dente, 8-13 minutes. Remove from burner. Drain pasta in a colander/strainer and set aside.

    In provided tray, combine ground beef and garlic salt, breaking up beef into bite-sized pieces. Spread into a single layer.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.

    Ground beef will finish cooking in a later step.

    While ground beef bakes, continue recipe.

    Add the Sauce and Pasta

    Tear spinach.

    In a mixing bowl, combine cream base, gochujang paste (to taste), cheese, and ramen base. Set aside.

    After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and drain any excess liquid. Tray will be hot! Use caution.

    Stir in spinach, sauce, and pasta (Add pasta only if you received pre-cooked pasta. If you received raw pasta, please refer to Step 1.) until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Cover tray with foil.

    Bake Meal, Toast Panko, and Finish Meal

    Bake covered in hot oven until pasta (If you received raw pasta, bake tray without pasta.) is heated through and ground beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 13-15 minutes.

    While meal bakes, combine panko and 1/2 tsp. olive oil on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave until golden-brown and toasted, 60-90 seconds, stirring once halfway through.

    Carefully remove plate from microwave.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Uncover and stir to combine. If you received raw pasta, add to tray and stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    To serve, top pasta with panko. Bon appétit!
