To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Start the Brussels Sprouts
In provided tray, combine Brussels sprouts, 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic pepper, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Spread into a single layer, cut-sides down.
Bake uncovered in hot oven until bright green, 12-15 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven and push Brussels sprouts to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. -
2 Add Salmon and Bake Meal
Pat salmon dry. Season flesh side with 1/4 the seasoned salt (reserve remaining for rice).
Place salmon, skin-side down, in now-empty side of tray and evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil. Tray will be hot! Use caution.Bake uncovered in hot oven until Brussels sprouts are tender and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 14-18 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While Brussels sprouts and salmon bake, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Rice and Finish Meal
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging.
Place rice in a microwave-safe bowl.Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Stir in pesto and remaining seasoned salt and fluff rice with a fork.To serve, top salmon with softened butter and garnish Brussels sprouts with cheese. Bon appétit!
