1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine pepper and onion mix, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt in provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until tender, 2-3 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Drain chicken and pat dry. Stir vegetables, then top with chicken, seasoning blend, and 2 tsp. olive oil. Cover tray again with a damp paper towel. Microwave until chicken is warmed through, 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Open flatbread package on one side. Microwave in packaging until warmed through, 30-90 seconds. In a mixing bowl, combine tzatziki dip and 1 Tbsp. water until smooth. To serve, fill flatbreads with chicken and vegetables and garnish with tzatziki mixture and crispy onions. Bon appétit!

Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven until tender, 10-15 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Drain chicken and pat dry. Stir vegetables, then top with chicken, seasoning blend, and 2 tsp. olive oil. Place tray again on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken is warmed through, 10-12 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Wrap flatbreads in foil and place in hot oven until warmed through, 1-2 minutes. In a mixing bowl, combine tzatziki dip and 1 Tbsp. water until smooth. To serve, fill flatbreads with chicken and vegetables and garnish with tzatziki mixture and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
