Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Vegetables
In provided tray, combine zucchini, bell peppers, potato spice seasoning, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Push to one side of tray. -
2 Add the Meatballs
Crush butter crackers.
In a mixing bowl, combine crushed crackers, ground turkey, minced garlic and parsley, chimichurri seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.Form turkey mixture into 8 equally-sized meatballs and place in empty side of tray. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven and drain any excess liquid from tray. Stir butter into vegetables until melted and combined. Tray will hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top vegetables with cheese and garnish meatballs with tzatziki. Bon appétit!
