slice green onion bottoms mince green onion tops juice lime mince cilantro crush croutons

combine slaw mix, green onion bottoms, ¼ t salt, pinch of pepper, lime juice, ½ sour cream and chipotle mayo mix and refrigerate

combine other ½ of sour cream, 2 packets of mayo, cilantro and green onion tops w/ pinch of salt and pepper

5 fish cakes
combine fish, crushed crackers, other packet mayo, green chili aioli, ¼ t salt and pinch of pepper form into 4 cakes large nonstick medium high heat 2 t oil sear 3-4 minutes per side
