    400 10 minutes, prepared tray

    slice green onion bottoms

    mince green onion tops

    juice lime

    mince cilantro

    crush croutons

    slaw

    combine slaw mix, green onion bottoms, 1/4 t salt, pinch of pepper, lime juice, 1/2 sour cream and chipotle mayo

    mix and refrigerate

    sauce

    combine other 1/2 of sour cream, 2 packets of mayo, cilantro and green onion tops w/ pinch of salt and pepper

    fish cakes

    combine fish, crushed crackers, other packet mayo, green chili aioli, 1/4 t salt and pinch of pepper

    form into 4 cakes

    large nonstick medium high heat 2 t oil

    sear 3-4 minutes per side
