    Prepare the Sandwich

    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Halve roll and toast until lightly toasted, 1-2 minutes. Top bottom half of roll evenly with cheese. Microwave chicken until warm, 1-2 minutes. Stir in green chili aioli (to taste). Top bottom half of roll with chili-chicken mixture, spinach, and top half of roll. Bon appétit!
