Recipe Steps

Before You Cook

    Roast Broccoli

    Place broccoli on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 1 tsp. olive oil and parmesan and spread into a single layer. Roast in hot oven until browned and fork-tender, 14-16 minutes.

    Grill Chicken

    Sprinkle chicken with ¼ tsp of salt and a pinch of pepper. Rub 1 tsp of olive oil on both sides. Grill until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees, 10-12 minutes (5-6 minutes per side).

    Make Sauce

    In a small nonstick pan over medium heat, Add white wine, demi and sour cherry spread. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
