Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare The Ingredients
Season both sides of chicken with a 1/4 tsp of salt, a pinch of pepper and drizzle with 1 tsp. olive oil.
Place potatoes, bacon, 1/4 tsp salt, a pinch of pepper and 1 tsp olive oil in provided grill bag. Shake gently to mix. -
Grill The Meal
Place grill bag on hot grill and cook until potatoes are heated through, 13-15 minutes. Do not close grill.
Place chicken on hot grill. Grill until chicken reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Remove chicken from grill and top with mayo and dijon mustard.Place buns on grill, cut side down, and toast, 30-60 seconds. -
Finish The Dish
Carefully, open grill bag and scoop out potatoes.
Slather top bun with chipotle mayo.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, placing chicken on bun and topping with sliced almonds and top bun. Garnish potatoes with white cheddar cheese. Bon appétit!
