Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    prep

    crush croutons

    clean asparagus

    rough chop caramelized onions

    sauce

    combine chopped onions, mayo, sour cream with pinch salt and pepper, mix and place in fridge

    grill

    season chicken with seasoning blend

    toss asparagus with 2 t oil, 1/4 t salt and pinch of pepper

    grill chicken 3 minutes, turn 3 more minutes, flip and cook until 165

    once chicken is flipped add asparagus to grill and cook for 4-5 minutes

    if chicken finished before asparagus, remove from grill and tent with foil

    top asparagus with croutons and cheese
