To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if needed. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging.
Mix pasta, marinara sauce, seasoning blend, corn, and 1 cup water in bottom of provided tray.
Add Beef and Cheese
Top pasta with ground beef. Season beef with ¼ tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.
Sprinkle dish evenly with cheese.
Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until pasta is cooked and ground beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven and top with sour cream, salsa, and tortilla strips. Bon appétit!
