    start the butternut and kale

    Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add butternut squash and kale to hot pan. Cover, and stir often until tender and lightly browned, 8-12 minutes.

    Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

    Add 1 tsp. olive oil, ground pork, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan

    Cook, breaking up meat with a spoon, until no pink remains, 5-7 minutes.

    warm the pasta

    add sauce, 1 Tbsp. parmesan, sauce, and pasta to pan.

    1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally until warmed through.
