Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Halve lime. Drain beef and separate slices.

    Place onion in provided tray.

    Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until tender, 1-2 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave. Stir in beef and seasoning rub.

    Microwave again uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave. Stir in teriyaki glaze. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mango chutney, slaw mix, and a squeeze of half the lime. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.

    To serve, fill tortillas with beef mixture and slaw. Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Halve lime. Drain beef and separate slices.

    Combine beef, seasoning rub, and onion in provided tray. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until onion is tender and beef is heated through, 16-18 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Stir in teriyaki glaze. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mango chutney, slaw mix, and a squeeze of half the lime. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.

    To serve, fill tortillas with beef mixture and slaw. Bon appétit!
