Before You Cook

Assemble The Dish
Place sweet potatoes, red onion, ¼ tsp of salt and a pinch of pepper in the pan. Top with jack cheese.
Place salmon on top and season with ¼ tsp salt, pinch of pepper, and chipotle seasoning.
Add 1 tsp olive oil evenly on salmon and top with pecans.
Roast in a hot oven until sweet potatoes are tender and salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20 minutes.
Drizzle honey on salmon.
