1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine green beans and apples in provided tray. Spread into a single layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes. -
2 Make the Meatballs
While green beans and apples bake, finely crush crackers.
Combine ground beef, bacon, 1/3 the mayonnaise (reserve remaining for sauce), crushed crackers, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in a mixing bowl. Form into six equally-sized meatballs.Carefully remove tray from oven. Push apples and green beans to one side and top with garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place meatballs in empty side of tray. -
3 Finish the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 18-22 minutes.
While meal bakes, in another mixing bowl, combine remaining mayonnaise, honey, and Dijon.Carefully remove from oven. Rest meal, 3 minutes. Garnish meatballs with mayonnaise-honey mixture and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
