Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Chicken 165° F |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine chicken, corn, chipotle seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Top with half the cheese.

    Bake The Dish and Make The Slaw

    Bake in a hot oven until dish is heated through, 10-12 minutes. Carefully remove pan from oven and stir in hot sauce (to taste). Add slaw and dijon mustard dressing to a small bowl until completely combined.

    Warm Tortillas and Finish The Dish

    Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and top with hot honey (to taste), slaw mixture, remaining cheese and crispy jalapenos (to taste). Bon appétit!
