Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Bake the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
In provided tray, combine green beans and 1 tsp. olive oil. Push to one side of tray.Add potatoes to now-empty side of tray. Stir vigorously to combine. Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven until green beans start to soften, 20-25 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Steaks
Pat steaks dry and season both sides with half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for jelly) and a pinch of pepper.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add steaks to hot pan and cook undisturbed until browned, 2-3 minutes per side.Remove from burner.After 20-25 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven.Uncover green beans and season with a pinch of salt and taco seasoning. Push to one corner of tray. Add cheese, sour cream, and a pinch of salt to potatoes and stir vigorously to combine. Push to one corner of tray, next to green beans. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Transfer steaks to now-empty half of tray. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until steaks reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine jalapeño jelly (to taste), remaining garlic salt, and 1 tsp. water. Microwave until melted, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove tray from oven and glaze from microwave. Stir potatoes vigorously to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top steak with jelly mixture. Bon appétit!
