If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, follow same instructions.

1 Start the Vegetables
Spray provided tray with cooking spray.
Place mixed peppers in prepared tray and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 8 minutes.While peppers bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Chicken, Corn, and Beans
Drain and rinse beans in a colander/strainer.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and bacon. Set aside.Pat chicken dry and season both sides with fiesta seasoning, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for vegetables), and a pinch of pepper.After 8 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Stir corn, beans, 1 tsp. olive oil, remaining garlic salt, and fajita seasoning into peppers until combined. Push vegetable mixture to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place chicken in empty side of tray. Evenly top chicken with cream cheese mixture, shredded cheese, crispy jalapeños (use less if spice-averse), then 1 tsp. olive oil. -
3 Finish the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir softened butter (to taste) into vegetables until melted and combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Bon appétit!
