Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Prepare the Cauliflower
In provided tray, combine cauliflower, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and Asian garlic, ginger, & chile seasoning (to taste). Massage oil and seasonings into cauliflower.
Push to one side of tray. -
2 Start the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko, half the mayonnaise (reserve remaining for sauce), and garlic salt. Form meat mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height. Place in now-empty side of tray. Top evenly with half the sesame oil (reserve remaining for sauce).
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While meal bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Add Sauce and Bake Meal
In another mixing bowl, combine gochujang (to taste), ketchup, remaining sesame oil, and remaining mayonnaise. Stir until combined and smooth.
After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and drain excess liquid. Top meatloaves evenly with sauce and sesame seeds. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Bake again uncovered in hot oven until cauliflower is tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 10-12 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, stir butter and a pinch of salt into cauliflower until melted and combined.Bon appétit!
