1 Blanch the Green Beans
Once water is boiling, add green beans. Boil until green beans are bright green and tender but still crisp, 5-7 minutes.
Drain green beans in colander and season with pink seasoned salt.While green beans boil, cook chicken. -
2 Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry, and season both sides with a pinch of pepper.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken breasts to hot pan and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Remove from burner. Remove chicken to a plate and tent with foil.While chicken cooks, prepare ingredients. -
3 Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely chop walnuts.
Quarter apple and remove core. Cut into 1/2" slices. -
4 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, placing butter on chicken and garnishing green beans with walnuts. Serve apple slices on the side.
