1 Cook Pasta and Make Paprika Yogurt Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt and seasoning blend. Set aside.
Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook until soft, 10-12 minutes.Drain pasta and set aside to cool. -
2 Make Soup and Finish Ddish
Combine garlic, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, vinegar, and 1/4 cup water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Plate as pictured on front of card, combining blended soup, pasta, and Parmesan in another mixing bowl, and garnishing soup with paprika yogurt sauce. Bon appétit!
