Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Cut broccoli into bite size pieces Large dice potatoes slice mushrooms ¼ inch thick

    Roast Vegetables

    In a bowl, combine potatoes with 1 tsp olive oil and seasoning blend. Transfer to prepared baking dish.

    In another bowl, combine broccoli, pearl onions, 2 tsp olive oil, ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper. Toss to coat. transfer to same prepared baking sheet as potatoes.

    Roast both in 400 degree oven until tender, 15-20 minutes

    Cook Lamb

    In a large nonstick pan over medium high heat, add 1 tsp olive oil. Sprinkle chops with ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper. Sear chops on both sides, 3-4 minutes on each side. Transfer to the baking sheet to finish in the oven with the vegetables.

    Do not wipe pan out

    Make Sauce

    In the same pan over medium high heat, add 1 tsp olive oil. Add mushrooms and cook until tender, 3-4 minutes. Add red wine and demi, bring to a simmer. Add butter and simmer mixture for 3-4 minutes.
