Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Divide pasta, marinara, bolognese, and onion salt between both provided trays and top both trays with spinach.

    Cover trays with a damp paper towel. Microwave until spinach is wilted and pasta is heated through, 3-4 minutes per tray.

    Carefully remove from microwave. Stir both trays until spinach is combined. Top both trays evenly with ricotta, Parmesan, then mozzarella.

    Microwave again uncovered until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes per tray.

    Carefully remove trays from microwave.

    To serve, garnish with red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Divide pasta, marinara, bolognese, and onion salt in between both provided trays and top both trays with spinach.

    Cover trays with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until spinach is wilted and pasta is heated through, 18-20 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Stir until spinach is combined. Top both trays evenly with ricotta, Parmesan, then mozzarella.

    Place trays on a baking sheet. Bake again uncovered in hot oven until cheese is melted, 6-8 minutes.

    Carefully remove trays from oven.

    To serve, garnish with red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
