Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Stem cilantro, and tear leaves. Drain beans. Drain pulled pork and separate pieces.
Reserve 1 Tbsp. salsa. In provided tray, combine remaining salsa, pepper and onion mix, pork, beans, and seasoning rub.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until vegetables are fully cooked and pork is heated through, 5-6 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, remaining salsa, and 1/2 cup water. Microwave until cheese melts, 1-2 minutes.Remove bowl from microwave and stir to combine.Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warmed, 30-60 seconds.To serve, fill tortillas with pork mixture, cheese sauce, cilantro leaves, and tortilla strips. 2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Stem cilantro, and tear leaves. Drain beans. Drain pulled pork and separate pieces.

Bake covered in hot oven until vegetables are fully cooked and pork is heated through, 20-25 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, remaining salsa, and 1/2 cup water. Microwave until cheese melts, 1-2 minutes.Remove bowl from microwave and stir to combine.Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warmed, 30-60 seconds.To serve, fill tortillas with pork mixture, cheese sauce, cilantro leaves, and tortilla strips.
