If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Follow same instructions.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel. Spread bacon evenly on towel-lined plate.
Microwave until crisp, 60-90 seconds.While bacon microwaves, trim stems off Brussels sprouts and halve vertically (quarter if larger than a ping-pong ball).Pat chicken dry and season both sides with half the savory seasoning (reserve remaining for Brussels sprouts). -
2 Cook the Chicken
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add chicken to hot pan. Cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Evenly top with bacon, then cheese. Cover until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Brussels Sprouts
Place another medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add Brussels sprouts and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, cover and stir occasionally until water is almost completely evaporated, 3-5 minutes.Uncover and add remaining savory seasoning. Stir occasionally until Brussels sprouts are tender and browned, 2-4 minutes.Stir in butter (to taste) until melted and combined, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.While Brussels sprouts cook, continue recipe. -
4 Heat Mashed Potatoes and Finish Dish
Place mashed potatoes and a pinch of salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Vigorously stir to combine.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with dressing. Slice chicken, if desired. Bon appétit!
