Blend the Ingredients.
Place half the honey and remaining ingredients (reserve orange peel twists for garnish) into blender. Add 2 cups ice and blend on high 2 minutes, adding more water or ice to achieve your desired consistency. Taste, and add more honey if desired.
Pour into glasses, garnish with orange peel "twists," and serve immediately.
