    Peel the Orange

    Peel orange and separate flesh into quarters. If desired, slice two long strips from peel and twist to form orange peel "twist" for garnish. Orange twists aren't just decorative – by twisting them, you release the natural citrus oils and fragrance.

    Blend ingredients.

    Place half the honey plus remaining ingredients (reserve orange peel twists for garnish) into blender. Add 2 cups ice and blend on high 2 minutes, adding more water or ice to achieve your desired consistency. Taste, and add more honey if desired.

    Pour into glasses, garnish with orange peel "twists," and serve immediately.
