    Peel the Orange

    Peel orange and separate flesh into quarters. If desired, slice two long strips from peel and twist to form orange peel "twist" for garnish. Orange twists aren't just decorative; by twisting the peels, you release natural citrus oils and fragrance.

    Blend the Ingredients

    Place half the honey and remaining ingredients (reserve orange peel twists for garnish) into blender. Add 2 cups ice and blend on high, 2 minutes, adding water or more ice to achieve your desired consistency. Taste, and add remaining honey if desired.
