Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Vegetables
In provided tray, combine zucchini, bell peppers, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Push to one side of tray.

2 Add the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, panko, mayonnaise, chimichurri seasoning, garlic and parsley seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
Form mixture into 6 equally-sized meatballs. Place in empty side of tray and drizzle with 1 tsp. olive oil. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 22-25 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Drain any excess liquid from tray. Stir butter and a pinch of salt into vegetables.To serve, top meatballs with tzatziki and garnish vegetables with cheese. Bon appétit!
