- 1 Romaine Heart
- 6 oz. Shredded Mozzarella

- 3 fl. oz. Chipotle Ranch Dressing

- 2 fl. oz. Garlic Aioli
- 1 oz. Pepitas
- ½ oz. Grated Cotija
- 2 Green Onions

Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil.

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

Add protein to meal as desired.

1 Toast the Flatbreads
Place flatbreads, flat-side up, on prepared baking sheet.
Toast in hot oven until flatbread edges are slightly browned, 10-12 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While flatbreads toast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare Ingredients and Make Corn Mixture
Hold romaine heart at root end and chop coarsely.
Core tomato and cut into 1/4" dice.Trim and thinly slice green onions.In a mixing bowl, combine corn, softened cream cheese, half the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for flatbreads), fiesta seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Set aside. -
3 Assemble the Flatbreads
Carefully flip flatbreads and evenly top with corn mixture, then remaining shredded cheese. Sheet will be hot! Use caution/a utensil.

4 Bake the Flatbreads
Bake in hot oven until cheese is melted and flatbread edges are fully browned, 6-8 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.While flatbreads bake, continue recipe. -
5 Assemble Salad and Finish Dish
Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the dressing.
In another mixing bowl, combine romaine, tomatoes, pepitas, and dressing (to taste).Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping flatbread with garlic aioli, grated cheese, and green onions. Quarter flatbread, if desired. Bon appétit!
