Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

1 Start the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands.In provided tray, combine broccoli, peppers, 2 tsp. olive oil, and umami seasoning. Massage oil and seasoning into vegetables. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes. -
2 Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse and season with a pinch of salt).
After 10 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Push vegetables to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place chicken in now-empty side of tray. Cover vegetables with foil. -
3 Bake Meal and Make Sauce
Bake half-covered (chicken uncovered, vegetables covered) in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, in a mixing bowl, combine orange marmalade, soy sauce, and hot sauce (to taste).Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, top chicken with sauce and wonton strips. Garnish vegetables with sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
