    prep

    dice tofu into 1/2 inch pieces and press between plates

    slice and separate green onions

    making slaw

    combine green onion bottoms, slaw mix, sour cream, mayo and buttermilk seasoning w/ pinch of pepper, mix and set aside in fridge

    making the sauce

    microwave butter for 30 seconds or until melted

    combine with hot sauce in bowl and set aside

    cooking tofu

    large non stick, medium high heat 1T oil

    toss tofu in cornstarch and add to pan, turning to brown on all sides

    remove from pan and toss with sauce

    season with pinch of salt

    plate

    tofu, slaw and top with green onion tops
