Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely chop pickles.
Combine cornstarch, cauliflower, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl until evenly coated. -
2 Cook the Cauliflower
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Add cauliflower (shaking off excess cornstarch, if necessary) to hot pan. Stir occasionally until cauliflower is browned and tender, 6-9 minutes.
Wipe bowl clean and reserve. Remove from burner. Transfer cauliflower to reserved bowl. Combine with hot sauce (to taste) and half the Cajun seasoning (to taste; remaining is yours to use as you please!) until evenly coated.While cauliflower cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Make the Slaw
In another mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, mayonnaise, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of pepper.

4 Warm Tortillas and Finish Dish
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, filling tortillas with cauliflower and topping with slaw and cheese. Garnish with crispy onions and pickles. Bon appétit!
