Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Customize It Instructions

If using shrimp, pat dry. Add shrimp to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Chicken and Vegetables
Spray provided tray with cooking spray.
Pat chicken dry and season all over with smoked maple seasoning and 1 tsp. olive oil.Place pepper, onion, and pea medley and chicken in prepared tray. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer. -
2 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir in 2 tsp. olive oil, miso base, red pepper flakes (to taste), garlic sesame sauce, and sesame oil until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. -
3 Heat Rice and Finish Meal
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine rice, edamame, 2 tsp. olive oil, umami seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Fluff rice with a fork.To serve, top rice with chicken mixture (to taste). Garnish with sesame seeds and wonton strips. Bon appétit!
