Who's excited for piles of dishes that stretch from floor to ceiling? Anybody...anybody....Bueller...? Hey, no problem! These one pot (or pan), four-serving meals are made with you in mind. We designed them for family taste buds (even picky eaters), so it's all the fresh ingredients and delicious flavors you expect from Home Chef, but simplified to require just one pot or pan. No more hours amongst the suds; one pot, one pan, one happy family!

You Will Need
Large Non-Stick Pan
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Pork 160° F
Prepare Ingredients and Make Chipotle Crema
Trim and thinly slice green onions.
Halve lime. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half.
In a mixing bowl, combine chipotle crema and 2 tsp. lime juice (reserve remaining for corn sauce). Set aside.
In another mixing bowl, combine ½ cup water and cornstarch. Set aside.
Remove Italian sausage from casing, if necessary.
Cook the Sausage
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add 1 tsp. olive oil and Italian sausage to hot pan. Break into smaller pieces until no pink remains and sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.
Transfer sausage to a plate. Keep pan over medium-high heat.
Make the Corn Sauce
Add 1 tsp. olive oil and corn to hot pan and stir occasionally until lightly browned, 2-4 minutes.
Stir in cheese sauce, seasoning blend (to taste), and ½ cup water. Bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, stir occasionally until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon, 1-2 minutes.
Add cornstarch mixture, ¼ tsp. salt, and 2 tsp. remaining lime juice. Stir occasionally until thickened, 2-3 minutes.
Add the Pasta and Sausage
Add pasta and sausage to hot pan. Stir until thoroughly combined and heated through, 5-8 minutes.
Remove from burner.
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with chipotle crema, cheese, and green onions. Squeeze lime wedges over dish to taste. Bon appétit!
