Customize It Instructions
-
If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.
-
If using steak strips, pat dry, coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Stir occasionally until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.
-
1 Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely chop cilantro.
Pat chicken dry and season all over with half the piri piri seasoning (use less if spice-averse; reserve remaining for vegetables). Don't worry about trimming. Excess fat will render while cooking and add flavor. -
2 Cook the Chicken and Vegetables
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add chicken, pepper and onion mix, remaining piri piri seasoning (use less if spice-averse), and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until chicken is slightly browned and reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes. -
3 Add the Noodles
Add 2 tsp. olive oil and noodles to hot pan. Stir occasionally until combined and heated through, 2-3 minutes.
-
4 Add Sauce and Finish Dish
Add ramen base, yuzu, lemon juice, and 1 Tbsp. water to hot pan. Stir until combined and noodles are coated, 1-2 minutes.
Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping stir-fry with cilantro and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
