If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

If using steak strips, follow same instructions.

1 Prepare Bok Choy and Start Stir-Fry
Remove any discolored outer leaves from bok choy and trim ends. Cut stems into 1/4" slices and coarsely chop leaves. Keep stems and leaves separate. We recommend thoroughly washing your bok choy, as it may contain incidental grit or pests. To completely clean, place in a bowl covered with water and massage. Drain and pat dry.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add pepper and onion mix, bok choy stems, and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until tender, 5-7 minutes.While vegetables cook, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare Ingredients and Add Pork
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.
Pat sliced pork dry. Coarsely chop, then separate pieces.Add sliced pork and Asian garlic, ginger, and chile seasoning (to taste) to hot pan with vegetables. Stir occasionally until browned and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes. -
3 Finish Stir-Fry and Prepare Basil
Stem and tear basil into small pieces.
Add white portions of green onions and bok choy leaves to hot pan. Stir occasionally until wilted, 2-3 minutes.Stir in orange sesame sauce and soy sauce until combined and coated.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.While pork mixture cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Heat Rice and Finish Dish
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging. Place rice in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Fluff rice with a fork.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with green portions of green onions and basil. Bon appétit!
