If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Prepare Ingredients and Make Parmesan-Walnut Topping
Finely crush walnuts in shipping bag.
Trim green beans, if necessary.Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.In a mixing bowl, combine walnuts, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), mayonnaise, and garlic and parsley seasoning. Set aside.Pat trout dry and season flesh side with a pinch of salt and pepper. -
2 Cook the Green Beans
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add green beans and white portions of green onions to hot pan and cook, 1 minute.
Add 1/4 cup water, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated and green beans are tender, 6-8 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Remove from burner.Stir in butter until melted and combined.While green beans cook, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Trout
Evenly top flesh side of trout with cheese-walnut mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add trout, topping-side down, to hot pan. Cook until topping is golden-brown, 2-3 minutes.Flip and cook until trout reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 2-3 minutes.Flip gently to keep topping intact.Remove from burner. -
4 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping trout with remaining cheese and garnishing green beans with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
