Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.Combine tomatoes, zucchini, 2 tsp. olive oil, and seasoned salt in provided tray. Push to one side and top with panko and half the cheese (reserve remaining for chicken).
Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and place in empty side of tray. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. Coarsely crush crispy onions.To serve, top chicken with dressing and crushed crispy onions. Bon appétit!
