- 1 Baking Sheet
- 1 Medium Non-Stick Pan

Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with garlic and parsley seasoning, rotisserie chicken seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. -
2 Start the Broccoli
Place broccoli on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil and 1/4 tsp. salt. Spread into an even layer.
Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes.While broccoli roasts, continue recipe. -
3 Start the Chicken
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken to hot pan and cook undisturbed until golden-brown, 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove from burner. -
4 Finish the Chicken and Broccoli
After 10 minutes, carefully remove from oven. Stir broccoli and push to one side of baking sheet. Sheet and broccoli will be hot! Use a utensil.
Transfer chicken to now-empty side of baking sheet. Top with cheese.Roast again in hot oven until broccoli is tender, cheese is melted, and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-8 minutes. -
5 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, stirring softened butter into broccoli. Bon appétit!
