Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Green Beans
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry. Set butter on counter to soften.
Trim green beans, if necessary.Combine green beans, 1 Tbsp. water, a pinch of salt, and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided tray. Cover with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While green beans bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Chicken
Stem thyme.
After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Carefully drain any excess liquid. Stir in mushrooms, onions, and a pinch of salt. Push vegetables to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Pat chicken dry and season both sides with garlic and parsley seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt. Add to now-empty side of tray and top with 1 tsp. olive oil. -
3 Bake Meal and Make Parmesan-Thyme Butter
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, combine softened butter, thyme, cheese, and a pinch of pepper in a mixing bowl. Set aside. Carefully remove tray from oven. Transfer chicken to a plate. Stir garlic pepper into vegetables.To serve, top chicken with butter and garnish vegetables with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
