1 Start the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
In provided tray, combine green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Cover with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While green beans bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Chicken
Finely crush pecans in shipping bag.
Stem and tear parsley.In a mixing bowl, combine pecans, panko, 1 tsp. olive oil, parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.Pat chicken dry and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Add savory seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt to tray. Stir to combine and push green beans to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place chicken in now-empty side of tray. Evenly top with half the mustard (reserve remaining for sauce) and pecan mixture, pressing gently to adhere. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir softened butter into green beans until melted and combined.To serve, top chicken with remaining mustard (using a clean utensil). Bon appétit!
